Hey Lovelies, Sorry I haven’t posted in a longggggg time. I’ve been busy with sport, school and many other things, which are now all under control 🙂 So let the Blog posts start!! (Also thinking of starting up videos)


Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl 

  • 1 Cup of frozen Mango
  • 3/4 Cup of frozen banana
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3 Tablespoons of Plant Bases milk – I used almond
  • Any toppings of your choice – In this case is used slithered almonds, quinoa , rolled oats, shredded coconut, chopped banana and mango
  1. In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until it forms a smooth creamy consistency, making sure to pulse it if you are using a blender (Just so you don’t burn it out)
  2.  Place into a bowl of choice and top with anything you fancy.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
