Yep, Another Pancake recipe. Just as delicious, just as easy, With a hidden healthy twist.
Perfect Pancakes (Makes 15)
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups of flour
- 1/3 cup of honey
- Vanilla Essence
- 3 Bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup spinach- Yes spinach
- In a blender, add the spinach, honey, vanilla, eggs, bananas and blend until well combined.
- Add in 1/2 of the flour and blend.
- Next add in the milk. And then add the remaining flour. The misture should be light and fluffy.
- Over a pan, cook 1/3 of a cup of batter at a time, for a perfect size. Cook on both sides for 2 mins or until cooked.
- Serve, and top with fruit.
