Raspberry Ripe Chia Pudding

For The Chocolate Chia

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 – 3 tablespoons of coco powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey
  • Vanilla , as much as you want
  • 3/4 cup of milk of your choice, ie. Almond, coconut, dairy, ect

For The Raspberry

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4cup of frozen raspberries
  • 3 – 6 tablespoons of liquid to reach desired consistency

For The coconut

  •  3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Desiccated coconut
  1. In a bowl, add the chia seeds, coco powder, vanilla and stir. Then add in the honey and milk- make sure that no chia seeds are sticking together. Then place in the fridge for 30 mins or over. (When making Chia pudding I usually make it the night before)
  2. The next day (or 30 or so mins) place the ingredients for the coconut into a bowl and mix.
  3. Next for the raspberry, place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, making sure to add milk or water here and there
  4. In a jar, bowl or glass, create your creation!! Hahaha. Feel free to layer however you want, and top with what you want. (Raspberries are a must)
  5. Serve.
  6. Enjoy!
