I’ve been experimenting with this smoothie for ages now, trying to get the banana to peanut butter ratio to just right. And I think I have finally done it. If you try this out please tell me, what you did and don’t like about it.
This smoothie is definitely one of the best smoothies this world has ever tasted! It’s thick, creamy, and plain delicious. A must try.
Peanut Smoothie (Serves 1)
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter- oil/sugar free
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- In a blender, blend all of your ingredients together until it’s thick and creamy.
- Serve into a glass or jar.
