No bake Granola

Ever since I became sugar free, I could not find granola that DIDN’T have sugar in it. So of course, I had to come up with a recipe!

This morning for breakfast I had granola and milk, and it was delicious! The recipes you can make with granola are endless- Yogurt parfaits, smoothie bowls, topping on muffins and incorporating with other cereals are some of my favs.

Homemade No Bake Granola

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of coconut
  • 1/2 cup of roughly chopped almonds, or any  nuts of your choice
  • 1/4 cup of coco nibs
  • 2-4 tablespoons of honey
  1. In a bowl mix oats, coconut and coco nibs together together.
  2. Add in the honey. I do a tablespoon at a time just so it doesn’t all clump into a gigantic ball. If it does clump all you need to do is get a fork, or spoon, and break it up.
  3. Mix in roughly chopped almonds and put into an incredibly cute jar.
  4. Enjoy!
